At HostNet Club, customer satisfaction and service transparency are our top priorities. This policy outlines the specific conditions under which refunds may be requested and processed. By purchasing any of our services, you agree to the terms described below.
1. General Refund Policy
Refunds are limited and available only under specific circumstances. Refund requests must be initiated within the allowed timeframe and meet all stated eligibility criteria.
All refund requests must be submitted by emailing support@hostnetclub.com or by opening a support ticket in the client area.
Refunds, when approved, will be issued to the original payment method and processed within 5–10 business days.
2. Refund Eligibility – Shared Hosting Only
Refunds are only available for Shared Hosting plans under the following strict conditions:

Note: If any of the above conditions are not met, the refund request will be rejected.
3. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances:

Domain name registration, renewal, or transfer (all TLDs)

VPS, cloud, or dedicated server hosting plans

Custom plans or special configurations

Add-ons, control panel licenses (e.g., cPanel, WHMCS), or IP addresses

SSL certificates (if issued)

Any service terminated due to TOS or AUP violations

Any service beyond 7 days from purchase

Services purchased without a valid promotional offer

Services purchased by existing or returning customers
4. Promotional Offers and Refunds
Refunds are applicable only if a valid promotional code was used during the purchase of a shared hosting plan by a new customer. If the plan was purchased without applying a promotion or by an existing customer, no refund will be processed under any condition.
5. No Refund for Service Misuse or Abuse
Refunds will not be granted if the service is suspended or terminated due to:

Spamming, phishing, or malware hosting

High resource usage or abusive activities

Incomplete or failed KYC verification

Violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
6. Automatic Renewals and Refunds
All services are automatically renewed unless manually canceled via the client area. It is your responsibility to cancel unwanted services before the renewal date.
Refunds will not be issued for automatic renewals that were not canceled in time.
7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first:

Your account will be immediately suspended

All associated services will be terminated

You will no longer be eligible for future services
